Swifter

Swifter, 2007 filly by Trakehner sport pony Schoponi, out of Thoroughbred mare Generally Nifty. Very adorable chestnut filly with wide white blaze and three white socks.

Lineage on the dam side includes the Triple Crown winner, Seattle Slew. Swifty’s sire, Schoponi is the son of the legendary Schonfeld E, who has just recently passed away. Schonfeld E is an imported and premium approved Trakehner who was ranked in the top 2 USAE hunter sires from 2000-2003. Schoponi, who has proven to be an excellent sire for pony hunters, possesses the wonderful flat knee, floating trot and balanced canter of his sire. Schoponi is a willing jumper and has a scopy jump with good technique. He is very correct in his conformation and has good character. Schoponi is steel gray and stands at 14.1 hands. Swifty is a beautifully refined and petite filly with a fun personality to match her colorful markings. She has the potential to be a wonderful hunter pony for a child or small adult.
